Description:

Double wall vertical autoclave with single chamber for steam generation and water storage. Working chamber is made of stainless steel LM-304 grade having 2 mm thickness. Lid, flange and bottom sheet are made of stainless steel with all joints argon welded. Joint less silicon gasket and heavy duty industrial flange heater are provided.
Fully automatic models provide automatic air purging and automatic steam exhaust at the end of the cycle. Semi automatic models provide manual steam release at the end of cycle.

Construction:

Double wall design.
Single chamber for steam generation and water storage.
Working chamber made of stainless steel LM-304 grade having 2 mm thickness.
Exterior body construction is provided as stainless steel LM-304 grade having 1 mm thickness in specified models, while specified semi automatic models have mild steel exterior body powder coated in attractive shades.
Lid, flange and bottom sheet are made of stainless steel. All joints are argon welded.
Joint less silicon gasket.
Heavy duty industrial flange heater.

Temperature And Pressure Control:

Microprocessor based Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller.
PID Controller controls temperature/pressure precisely at set value.
Lid fitting pressure gauge 0–30 PSI.
Pressure range 15 to 22 PSI, factory set at 15 PSI.
Temperature range 121°C to 125°C.
Temperature resolution 0.1°C.
Temperature accuracy ±0.5°C.
PT-100 temperature sensor.

Fully Automatic Operation:

Cycle is commenced by pressing the START button.
Initial air purging cycle automatically removes air from the chamber.
Automatic steam exhaust is provided at the end of the cycle.
Solenoid valve provides initial automatic air purging and automatic steam exhaust/depressurization.

Safety Features:

Low water level heater safeguard.
Low water level cut off.
Safety high pressure release valve with spring loaded mechanical valves.
Safety high temperature cut off.

Calibration certificate with traceability.
DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documentation available at extra cost / optional for pharma industries as specified in the source.
Validation ports provided for temperature mapping as standard supply.
On-site validation is at extra cost where specified.
