Variants Details:
1. Breaking Head Assembly - 4" Dia:
- Bituminous Mix Marshall Stability Test Head with inside diameter of 100mm, lower segment mounted on base having two vertical guide rods to facilitate insertion in the holes of upper test head
2. Breaking Head Assembly - 6" Dia:
- Structure: Two cylindrical segments (upper and lower).
- Inside Radius of Curvature: 3.0"(76.2 mm).
- Internal Diameter: 6.000 ± 0.010"(152.4 ± 0.25 mm).
- Segment Gap: 0.25 ± 0.01"(6.4 ± 0.3 mm) when a 4"(100 mm) metal block is inserted.
- Material: Machined steel, plated for corrosion resistance.
- Guides: Equipped with two vertical guide rods and sleeves ensuring parallel, bind-free motion.
